Acceptable Reasons for Returns

  • Missing Items: If your order arrives with missing accessories or components, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or full refund.

  • Unused Items: We gladly accept returns for unused items in their original condition. If you receive a used item, please contact us promptly for assistance.

  • Inauthentic Items: Should you suspect an item you received is not genuine, please reach out to us with your concerns. We will thoroughly investigate the matter and provide a suitable resolution.

  • Incorrect Items: If the item you receive does not match the color, size, or model you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange for a return or exchange.

  • Fit Issues: If the size you ordered is correct but doesn't fit as expected, you may return the unworn and unwashed item in its original packaging for an exchange or refund.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives broken or defective, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

  • Returned items must be unused and in the same condition you received them.

  • Ensure you attach the receipt of the product with the package.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and undamaged.

  • We will not accept returns for items damaged after delivery.

  • Our return period is 7 days from the date you receive your order.
     

  • Refunds are available once payment is processed under these circumstances: if incorrect payments were made to our account or if the product paid for is out of stock and not expected to be restocked within 3 days. In such cases a refund will be initiated via Mobile money M-pesa, refunds may take up to 2 days to process.​

  • Additionally, we offer exchanges for products of equivalent value if the client wishes to exchange for another variant. Please note, the client will be responsible for any return fees incurred.

How to Initiate a Return

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order by calling +254743853260 or emailing smartenterpriseke@gmail.com.

  • Our customer service team will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with your return and a drop off point for return pick-up.

  • If no alternative product is available, a refund will be processed, and you will receive it within two business days.
