Shipping Policy

At Affordable Smart Options Enterprise our shipping rates are determined by the weight of the items purchased, with a flat-rate option available for each weight bracket. We measure weight in kilograms.

Here is our delivery pricing based on weight:

- 0kg - 5kg: Kshs.350
- 6kg - 10kg: Kshs.400
- 11kg - 15kg: Kshs.450
- 16kg - 20kg: Kshs.500
- 21kg - 25kg: Kshs.600
- 26kg - 30kg: Kshs.700
- 31kg and above: Kshs.800

Order Confirmation

​

Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Depending on your location, the email will specify whether payment is required before delivery or upon delivery.

Delivery Region

​

We provide nationwide delivery within Kenya, with orders typically arriving within 1 to 2 business days. Please note that orders placed on Saturday evening or Sunday will be delivered on Monday or Tuesday.

Handling and Transit Time

​​

Once you have placed your order, the selected products will be packaged (please note that a packaging fee of 50 Kenyan shillings will be added to your delivery charge). Your order will then be handed over to our delivery partners, Speedaf or Free Lance riders, depending on the distance and urgency. For orders within Nairobi, delivery will be handled by freelance riders in partnership with Affordable Smart Options Enterprise. Delivery typically takes between 24 to 48 hours.

Shipping Carrier

Our partners in Shipping Country wide is Speedaf and Free lance riders, for deliveries within Nairobi will be delivered with local known riders if needed.

Order Cut Off Time

To maintain a high level of efficiency and professionalism in our operations, we have established an order cut-off time at 5:00 PM East African Time (Nairobi) from Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.
